🔺 به گفته این ریاست، فردا (یک‌شنبه، ۲۳ ثور) در ولایت‌های بدخشان، تخار، بغلان، پنجشیر، نورستان، کنر، لغمان و ننگرهار احتمال بارش نسبتاً شدید پیش‌بینی شده است.
